WORKS COMPLETED:
- Cladding and roof repairs
- Internal strip out of alterations including tenants previous fit out and internal racking
- Decorations throughout the offices, WCs, kitchenette and warehouse
- New ceiling and floor finishes
- Preparation and installment of a new 2 pack epoxy floor coating
- Testing and overhauling all services within the building
