Acting as the Principal Contractor, we undertake a wide range of Industrial Shed Refurbishment works. We have built a reputation for honesty, integrity and quality of work from the tender process through to project completion. Using our own dedicated in-house team as well as our quality approved sub-contractors we are able to provide you with the complete refurbishment package.
WHAT WE DO
Based in Birmingham, as a company we have been trading for over 30 years, we have developed strong relationships with surveyors and clients within the industrial unit sector and have successfully undertaken contracts ranging from as little as £2000 to £1 million.
Gillman Group Services undertake all aspects of commercial refurbishment and dilapidations works on industrial units as the Principal Contractor, we are an equal opportunity employer with both a dedicated directly employed workforce – all CSCS card holders – and approved quality sub-contract teams. We are fully compliant with the latest Health and Safety requirements and Safe Contractor Gold accredited. Our own Project Managers work on site to ensure the high standards we aim to deliver are maintained.
