Unit 1 Landor Street

Located in the heart of Birmingham, Gillman were tasked with the refurbishment & reconfiguration of both the 2 storey office blocks, as well as undertaking works in the warehouse to get the unit up to scratch for B&M Waste Management ahead of the opening of their new Birmingham depot.

WORKS COMPLETED:

• Replacement rooflights
• Cut-edge and gutter treatment using Giromax
• Design, supply and install of new 7m openings for new shutter doors
• New warehouse and office lighting, skirting trunking, fire alarm system
• Refurbishment throughout the offices and WC’s including, decorations, flooring, ceiling, toilets suites, cubicles and vanities
• Reconfirmation of the WC and kitchenette facilities
• Installation of new UPVC windows throughout the property
