Customer Complaint Procedure

It is the policy of this Company that all the work we carry out will be to the highest possible standard.

This Company will provide sufficient financial resources and adequate facilities to implement and maintain a customer complaints procedure committed to the following:

  • We will observe all legal requirements.
  • All complaints will be recorded and evaluated through to satisfactory conclusions including referral if necessary to an accreditation body or insurers if appropriate.
  • We will ensure that our staff responds to complaints courteously and efficiently within reasonable time scale.
  • Our complaints procedure will be communicated to all of our customers, dealing with them to an equally high standard and maintaining their confidentiality.
